摘要
六尺巷工作法所蕴含的传统治理智慧,为新时代纪检监察工作提质增效提供了重要理论支撑。六尺巷工作法作为中华优秀传统文化在基层治理领域的赓续,其独特的核心内涵体系在文化基因、方法体系及价值追求上得以彰显。从理论逻辑来看,六尺巷工作法与新时代纪检监察工作的耦合性,主要体现在价值理念的契合性、制度功能的互补性和实践需求的适应性三方面。在实践路径的规范构建上,应通过构建双轨调解机制、完善基层监督网络、创新廉政教育模式以及健全制度保障体系四个维度综合实现。唯此,六尺巷工作法的融入才能有效增强新时代纪检监察工作的群众认可度与治理效能,并为健全党和国家监督体系与深化反腐败斗争提供一种“传统文化赋能纪检监察工作”的重要理论模型。
The traditional governance wisdom contained in the Six Foot Lane Work Method provides important theoretical support for enhancing the quality and efficiency of discipline inspection and supervision in the new era.The Six Foot Lane Work Method,as an embodiment of excellent traditional Chinese culture in grassroots governance,manifests its unique core connotation system in terms of cultural roots,methodological framework,and value orientation.The coupling between the Six Foot Lane Work Method and discipline inspection and supervision in the new era is primarily reflected in three aspects:the alignment of their value concepts,the complementarity of their institutional functions,and their adaptability to practical needs.In terms of practical pathways,this integration can be achieved through four dimensions:building a dual regulation mediation mechanism,improving grassroots supervision networks,innovating anti-corruption education models,and improving institutional guarantee systems.Only by integrating the Six Foot Lane Work Method can we effectively enhance the public recognition and governance efficiency of discipline inspection and supervision in the new era,and provide an important theoretical model of“empowering disciplinary inspection and supervision with traditional culture”for improving the supervision system of the Party and the state and deepening the fight against corruption.
