摘要
通过对比分析市域(郊)铁路、城际铁路与城市轨道交通在功能差异、连通性及服务效率方面的特点,探讨了市域(郊)铁路互联互通及都市圈快速通达的关键问题,其主要结论包括:1)不同交通模式的功能定位、运输服务及技术标准存在显著差异,需从互联互通、都市圈快速通达的视角对这些差异开展分析;2)分析了互联互通系统制式差异化、运输组织复杂化、运营协调管理及限界等关键问题,并列举了互联互通的成功案例(如杭州都市圈市域线与国铁、地铁的互联互通,以及上海机场线与国铁的互联互通),明确指出互联互通需充分考量重点线网衔接方式、资源共享、土建工程隧道及桥梁结构选型及预留、运营维护成本及工程投资等因素;3)以苏锡常都市圈为实例,开展了速度目标值的经济性比选,指出为实现都市圈快速通达,应根据出行时间需求确定合理的速度目标值,同时需进一步确定站间距、适宜的隧道洞径及桥梁敷设方式。
This paper discusses the key issues of urban railway interconnection and rapid access to metropolitan areas through a comparative analysis of urban railways,intercity railways,and urban rail transit in terms of functional differences,connectivity,and service efficiency,and its main conclusions include:1)The functional positioning,transportation services,and technical standards of different modes vary significantly,and these differences need to be analyzed from the perspectives of interconnection and rapid access to metropolitan areas;2)It analyzes the key issues such as the differentiation of interconnection and interworking systems,the complexity of transportation organization,operational coordination and management,cites successful cases of interconnection and interworking,and Vehicle Gauge,including those in the Hangzhou Metropolitan Area(e.g.,municipal lines connecting with national railways and subways)and the Shanghai Airport Line(connecting with national railways),making it clear that interconnection and interworking should fully consider factors such as the connection mode of key lines and networks,resource sharing,the selection and reservation of civil engineering sections(tunnels and bridges),operation and maintenance costs,and project investment;3)Taking the Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou Metropolitan Area as an example,it conducts an economic comparison and selection of speed targets,and points out that for achieving rapid access to metropolitan areas,a reasonable speed target should be determined based on travel time requirements,while further decisions should be made regarding station spacing,appropriate tunnel diameter,and suitable bridge laying methods.
