荆门化工循环产业园铁路专用线选线方案研究

摘要 荆门化工循环产业园铁路专用线是落实国家“公转铁”政策、优化区域运输结构的重要项目。本文结合项目功能定位和服务需求,从运输组织、工程条件、城市规划、环境影响及经济性等方面,对荆门东站接轨、荆门站接轨和荆门南站接轨三个宏观走向方案进行了系统比选。研究结果表明,荆门东站接轨-并行华能热电专用线方案(方案Ⅰ)具有运输组织顺畅、工程实施难度小、投资省、对城市影响小等优势,推荐为本项目的最佳实施方案。 The railway dedicated line for Jingmen Chemical Recycling Industrial Park is a key project implementing the national“shift from road to rail”policy and optimizing the regional transportation structure.Based on the functional positioning and service requirements of the project,this paper systematically compares and selects three macro route alignment schemes connected to Jingmendong Station,Jingmen Station,and Jingmen South Station from the perspectives of transportation organization,engineering conditions,urban planning,environmental impact,and economic efficiency.The research results show that the scheme connecting from Jingmendong Station and running parallel to the Huaneng Thermal Power dedicated line(Scheme I)has advantages such as smooth transportation organization,low engineering implementation difficulty,cost savings,and minimal impact on the city,making it the recommended optimal implementation scheme for the project.
