摘要
目的:探讨四物消风散加减在肾性贫血患者中的应用效果。方法:选取佛山市高明区中医院肾内科2022年3月—2024年9月收治的86例肾性贫血患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各43例。两组均接受基础治疗,对照组在基础治疗基础上接受人促红素注射液联合铁剂治疗,研究组对照组基础上加用四物消风散加减方。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,研究组血红蛋白及血细胞比容水平高于对照组(P<0.001);治疗后,研究组面色萎黄、头晕乏力、心悸气短、腰膝酸软评分及总评分低于对照组(P<0.001);两组不良反应总发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:四物消风散加减在肾性贫血患者中的应用效果显著,可改善患者血常规指标,缓解血虚症状,且安全性良好。
Objective:To explore the application effect of modified Siwu Xiaofeng Powder in patients with renal anemia.Methods:Eighty-six patients with renal anemia admitted to Nephrology Department at Foshan Gaoming District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2022 to September 2024 were selected.They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.Both groups received basic treatment.The control group was treated with human erythropoietin injection combined with iron on the basis of basic treatment,while the study group was treated with modified Siwu Xiaofeng powder on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of hemoglobin and hematocrit in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,the scores of sallow complexion,dizziness and fatigue,palpitation and shortness of breath,and soreness and weakness of waist and knees and total score in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).There was no statistical difference in the overall incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Siwu Xiaofeng powder has significant application effects in patients with renal anemia,and can improve blood routine test indicators of patients and relieve blood deficiency symptoms,with good safety.
