摘要
文章基于实景三维技术讨论了城市空间形态的分析方法及智能规划策略。利用实景三维技术获取高精度城市空间数据并结合空间形态特征指标,构建了空间形态分析模型。借助对城市空间形态的精准分析能识别出存在的不合理的土地利用、交通拥堵等空间问题为智能规划提供决策依据。智能算法在城市空间优化中的应用使规划方案可以动态调整来满足城市发展需求。
This article discusses the analysis methods and intelligent planning strategies for urban spatial morphology based on realscene 3D technology.By using real-scene 3D technology to obtain high-precision urban spatial data and combining spatial morphology feature indicators,a spatial morphology analysis model is constructed.Through precise analysis of urban spatial morphology,existing issues such as unreasonable land use and traffic congestion can be identified,providing a basis for decisionmaking in intelligent planning.The application of intelligent algorithms in urban spatial optimization allows for dynamic adjustments of planning schemes to meet the urban development needs.
