摘要
基于生态文明思想中的“两山”理论,围绕民族地区生态经济协同发展,以湖南省吉首市马颈坳镇茶旅融合实践为分析对象,从实际出发阐述民族地区生态经济协同发展现实路径,梳理马颈坳镇自然资源优势和茶产业基础优势以及生态治理成效,并剖析生态经济发展过程中存在的主要问题与短板,结合“产业生态化、生态产业化”协同发展理念为民族地区提出生态经济转型升级的具体措施,供同类地区践行“两山”理论提供实践借鉴。
Grounded in the"Two Mountains"theory of ecological civilization,this study examines the integrated development of ecological economy in ethnic regions through the case of Macheng'ao Town,Jishou City,Hunan Province.It explores practical pathways for ecological-economic synergy by analyzing the town's natural resource advantages,tea industry foundation,and ecological governance achievements.The research identifies key challenges in ecological economic development and proposes concrete measures for transformation,guided by the principle of"ecologizing industries and industrializing ecology."These insights provide actionable references for similar regions to implement the"Two Mountains"theory.
