摘要
日本新本格推理小说以其独具特色的诡计设计,既区别于以人物、环境为塑造核心的社会派推理小说,也比传统本格推理小说更具超现实的想象力。以《斜屋犯罪》《钟表馆事件》《杀戮之病》三部作品为代表,分析其用于推理的诡计,可归纳出空间、时间与语言三个维度,作者据此精心设计不同的诡计,操控着读者进行逻辑推理的故事认知前提与信息呈现秩序,创作出了不同的、可供推理的“逻辑形态”从而引导读者在阅读中完成特定的逻辑建构。其所推演的“理”,本质上是逻辑学在文学领域的一种特殊应用形态,是一种可推导、但前提虚构的“叙事逻辑”,它既非形式逻辑的归纳演绎,也非经验问题的逻辑反映,而是想象力与逻辑力的综合创作,通过对日本新本格推理小说中的逻辑形态分析,可为理解逻辑学自身的丰富性与实践性提供新的视角。
Japanese New Orthodox detective fiction distinguishes itself through its uniquely crafted narrative tricks,setting it apart from the social school of detective fiction that focuses on character and environment,while also surpassing the imaginative boundaries of traditional orthodox detective fiction.Taking three representative works—The Crime in the Slanted House,The Clockwork Mansion Incident,and The Killing Disease—as case studies,this paper analyzes the tricks employed in their reasoning processes.These tricks can be categorized into three dimensions:space,time,and language.Authors meticulously design these tricks to manipulate the reader’s cognitive premises and the order of information presentation,thereby constructing distinct"logical configurations"that guide readers through specific logical constructions during the reading process.The"logic"deduced in these works essentially represents a special application of logic within the literary field—a kind of"narrative logic"that is deductively sound yet based on fictional premises.It is neither purely formal logical induction nor a logical reflection of empirical issues,but rather a creative synthesis of imagination and logical reasoning.By analyzing the logical configurations in Japanese New Orthodox detective fiction,this paper aims to provide a fresh perspective on understanding the richness and practicality of logic itself.
