摘要
目的:针对医药科技成果转化中存在的“死亡之谷”难题,探索构建基于“创新-人才”双链深度融合的转化模式,解析其耦合机理与运行逻辑,为高校及科研机构提供可复制的理论支撑与实践范式。方法:依托北京大学天然药物及仿生药物国家重点实验室的改革实践,构建由“基础研究-应用开发-协同合作-成果孵化与产业化”构成的闭环创新链,以及“链式匹配-能力融合”的人才链。从系统动力学视角剖析双链“双向赋能”的耦合机制,探讨各链条在成果转化中的应用及成效。结果:研究表明,双链融合建立了“人才引领创新、创新赋能产业、产业集聚人才”的螺旋上升机制,有效促进科技成果转移转化。结论:“创新-人才”双链融合模式通过机制耦合与风险隔离,有效打破了产学研壁垒,实现了从原始创新到市场价值的贯通。在健康中国战略背景下,该模式为高校破解转化结构性瓶颈、推动生物医药产业高质量发展提供了具有重要参考价值的系统化解决方案。
Objective:To address the“Valley of Death”challenge in the transformation of pharmaceutical scientific and technological achievements,this study explores the construction of a transformation model based on the deep integration of the“innovation chain and talent chain.”It analyzes the coupling mechanism and operational logic of this dual-chain model,thereby providing replicable theoretical support and practical paradigms for universities and research institutions.Methods:Drawing upon the reform practices of the State Key Laboratory of Natural and Biomimetic Drugs at Peking University,a closed-loop innovation chain comprising“basic research-application development-collaborative cooperation-achievement incubation and industrialization”and a talent chain characterized by“chain-based matching and capability integration”were constructed.From the perspective of system dynamics,the study analyzed the coupling mechanism of“bidirectional empowerment”between the two chains and investigated the application and effectiveness of each chain in the transformation process.Results:The study indicates that the integration of the two chains has established a spiraling upward mechanism wherein“talent leads innovation,innovation empowers industry,and industry aggregates talent,”effectively facilitating the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements.Conclusion:Through mechanism coupling and risk isolation,the“innovation-talent”dual-chain integration model effectively dismantles barriers in industry-academia-research collaboration,bridging the gap between original innovation and market value.Against the backdrop of the“Healthy China”strategy,this model offers a systematic solution with significant reference value for universities seeking to overcome structural bottlenecks in transformation and drive the high-quality development of the biopharmaceutical industry.
