摘要
抽动障碍是一种慢性神经精神障碍性疾病,是儿童时期最常见的运动性障碍,具有发病率高、易复发、病程长等特点。导师张娟教授从“肝-肾-脑”轴辨治小儿抽动障碍,认为“肾脑亏虚”是发病的根本,情志失调多为诱因,肝亢风动是病机关键,脑神被扰为病位所在。治疗上提出“标本有序,分期论治”“形神调摄,以治未病”“善用虫药,从风论治”,尤为重视益肾安脑,治病求本,同时强调全程应用调补后天脾胃的重要性以及形神调摄的必要性,临床上取得了良好的疗效。
Tic disorder is a chronic neuropsychiatric disorder,which is the most common movement disorder in childhood.it has the characteristics of high incidence rate,easy recurrence and long course of disease.Professor Zhang Juan,the mentor,treats pediatric tic disorders from the perspective of the"Gan-Shen-Nao"axis.She believes that"kidney brain deficiency"is the fundamental cause of the disease,emotional disorders are often the trigger,liver hyperactivity and wind movement are the key pathological mechanisms,and disturbance of the brain and spirit is the location of the disease.In terms of treatment,the principles of"ordered specimens,staged treatment","regulating body and mind to prevent diseases",and using insect medicine to treat diseases from the perspective of wind"are proposed,with particular emphasis on nourishing the kidneys and brain,treating diseases and seeking the root cause.At the same time,the importance of applying regulation and tonifying the spleen and stomach throughout the entire process,as well as the necessity of regulating body and mind,have been emphasized.Good clinical efficacy has been achieved.
