摘要
低空经济是新质生产力的典型代表,低空制造企业是低空经济的关键核心组织,对于发展低空经济具有重要推动作用,如何促进低空制造企业高质量发展是有待回答的重要问题。借助(技术-组织-环境)TOE理论框架,运用NCA和fsQCA混合方法,以164家低空制造企业作为研究样本,从组态视角分析了我国低空制造企业高质量发展的驱动路径。研究发现:技术创新和政府补助在一定程度上是低空制造企业高质量发展的必要条件;驱动低空制造企业高质量发展有五条路径,即盈利约束的技术赋能型环境驱动、数字化和盈利约束的技术赋能型政府驱动、人力约束的技术赋能型政府驱动、人力约束和融资支持的技术赋能型政府驱动、数字化和融资约束的技术和人力赋能型政府驱动,呈现中国低空制造企业高质量发展的多元路径和复杂机制。此外,缺乏技术创新和政府补助使得当前低空制造企业发展质量不高,充分体现了低空经济的创新驱动强和参与主体多特别是政府扮演着关键角色的重要特征。研究结论对中国低空制造企业高质量发展具有理论和实践启示。
The low-altitude economy is a typical representative of new-quality productivity,low-altitude manufacturing enterprises are the key core organizations of low-altitude economy,which play an important role in promoting the development of low-altitude economy,and how to promote the high-quality development of low-altitude manufacturing enterprises is an important question to be answered.With the help of TOE theoretical framework,using NCA and fsQCA mixed methods,the driving path of high-quality development of China’s low-altitude manufacturing enterprises was analyzed from the group perspective with 164 low-altitude manufacturing enterprises as the research samples.It is found that technological innovation and government subsidies are to some extent necessary conditions for the high-quality development of low-altitude manufacturing enterprises.There are five paths driving the high-quality development of low-altitude manufacturing enterprises,namely,technology-enabling environment-driven by profit constraints,technology-enabling government-driven by digitization and profit constraints,technology-enabling government-driven by manpower constraints,technology-enabling government-driven by manpower constraints and financing support,and technology-and manpower-enabling government-driven by digitization and financing constraints,which present China’s high-quality development of low-altitude manufacturing enterprises This presents the multiple paths and complex mechanisms for the high-quality development of China’s low-altitude manufacturing enterprises.In addition,the lack of technological innovation and government subsidies makes the current development of low-altitude manufacturing enterprises of low quality,which fully reflects the important characteristics of the low-altitude economy,which is strongly innovation-driven and has many participants,especially the government plays a key role.The conclusions of the study have theoretical and practical implications for the high-quality development of low-altitude manufacturing enterprises in China.
