摘要
聚焦饰面型泄爆构造在高风险工业厂房中的适用性问题,基于江苏某电力设备厂房工程,系统分析构造体系特征、关键节点工艺、施工质量控制及适用性评估方法,构建多维指标体系,结合实际工程数据与对比结果,验证企口饰面泄爆板在施工可控性、运维便利性等方面的工程适配能力。结果表明,企口饰面泄爆板系统接口清晰、安装误差容忍度高、运维周期长,适用于高气密性快响应工业厂房。以上研究成果可为类似工业厂房的施工提供技术参考。
Based on a power equipment plant project in Jiangsu Province,this paper systematically analyzes the characteristics of the structural system,key node processes,construction quality control and applicability assessment methods,and establishes a multidimensional index system.Combined with the actual engineering data and comparison results,the engineering adaptability of tongue-andgroove faced explosion venting panels in the aspects of construction controllability,operation and maintenance convenience is verified.The results show that the tongueand-groove faced explosion venting panel system has clear interface,high tolerance for installation errors and long operation and maintenance cycle,which is suitable for industrial plants with high air tightness and rapid response.The above research results can provide technical reference for the construction of similar industrial plants.
