摘要
文章针对毛/麻/丝混纺纱线在染色过程中存在的色牢度低、颜色均匀性差及染色同色性差异等关键问题,综合分析了纤维特性、松筒工艺、染料选择、染色工艺参数等因素对染色效果的影响。通过试验研究、生产实践,实现了毛/麻/丝混纺纱线染色的均匀性,改善了色牢度指标,探索出一套高效的筒纱染色生产工艺。拓展了毛/麻/丝混纺纱线在精纺毛织物产品开发中的应用,促进纺织行业的可持续发展。
Aiming at the key problems such as low color fastness,poor color uniformity and color homochromatic difference in dyeing process of woolm linen and silk blended yarns,the effects of fiber characteristics,loose tube process,dye selection and dyeing process parameters on dyeing effect were analyzed comprehensively.Through experimental research and production practice,the uniformity of dyeing was realized,the color fastness index was improved,and a set of high efficiency dyeing process of bobbin yarn was explored.The application of wool,linen and silk blended yarns in the development of worsted fabrics is expanded,and the sustainable development of textile industry is promoted.
