高效氯氰菊酯和嘧菌酯在豇豆中的残留变化与风险评估

摘要 目的评估高效氯氰菊酯和嘧菌酯在豇豆中的消解动态及膳食摄入风险。方法基于规范田间残留试验,建立以乙腈提取、固相萃取柱或QuEChERS净化,气相色谱法和液相色谱-串联质谱法对豇豆中高效氯氰菊酯和嘧菌酯进行定量分析,得到豇豆中2种农药的残留动态变化,并评估慢性膳食摄入风险。结果高效氯氰菊酯与嘧菌酯在0.005~1.000 mg/L范围内质量浓度与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系,在3个不同添加水平的回收率平均值为86.3%~104.1%,相对标准偏差为0.60%~2.31%,定量限均为0.01 mg/kg。高效氯氰菊酯与嘧菌酯在豇豆上的残留消解动态过程均符合一级动力学方程,消解半衰期分别为2.8 d、2.9 d。结论2种农药对不同性别、年龄段人群慢性膳食摄入风险均远低于100%,不会产生潜在的风险。 Objective To evaluate dissipation dynamics and dietary exposure risk of beta-cypermethrin and azoxystrobin in Vigna unguiculata(L.)Walp.Methods Based on standardized field residue trials,a quantitative analysis method for beta-cypermethrin and azoxystrobin in Vigna unguiculata(L.)Walp was established,which adopted acetonitrile extraction,purification by solid-phase extraction columns or the QuEChERS method,followed by detection using gas chromatography and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.Through this method,the dynamic changes of residues of these 2 pesticides in Vigna unguiculata(L.)Walp were obtained,and the chronic dietary intake risk was evaluated.Results The mass concentration of beta-cypermethrin and azoxystrobin had a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.005–1.000 mg/L,respectively.The average recoveries at 3 different spiked levels were 86.3%–104.1%,the relative standard deviations were 0.60%–2.31%,and the limits of quantitation were 0.01 mg/kg.The residual dissipation dynamics of beta-cypermethrin and azoxystrobin in Vigna unguiculata(L.)Walp conformed to the first-order kinetic equation,and the half-lives of dissipation were 2.8 d and 2.9 d,respectively.Conclusion The risk of chronic dietary intake of the 2 kinds of pesticides for people of different genders and age groups is far less than 100%,and there is no potential risk.
