摘要
针对宁夏奶业面临的市场竞争加剧、供需阶段性失衡等发展挑战,本研究通过实地调研、文献梳理与大数据分析,系统分析国内外及宁夏生鲜乳市场现状、奶酪产业发展态势,运用SWOT分析法探讨宁夏奶酪产业发展的制约因素与发展前景,探讨乳制品多元化发展战略,提出重点发展奶酪产业的路径以及推动宁夏奶酪产业规模发展的对策建议,以期促进宁夏乳制品供给结构优化,推动乳业高质量发展。
In response to the development challenges faced by the dairy industry in Ningxia,such as intensified market competition and periodic imbalance between supply and demand,this study conducted a systematic analysis of the current situation of the domestic and international as well as Ningxia's raw milk market and the development trend of the cheese industry through on-site investigation,literature review and big data analysis.By applying the SWOT analysis method,it explored the constraints and development prospects of the cheese industry in Ningxia,discussed the diversified development strategy of dairy products,and proposed the path for focusing on thedevelopment of the cheese industry and countermeasures to promote the scale development of the cheese industryin Ningxia,with the aim of optimizing the supply structure of dairy products in Ningxia and promoting the highqualitydevelopment of the dairy industry.
