基于循证最佳证据总结护理对ICU机械通气患者误吸预防及管理的效果研究

摘要 目的:探究基于循证最佳证据总结护理对ICU机械通气患者误吸预防及管理的效果。方法:选取2022年4月-2024年3月于南华大学附属第二医院ICU166例进行机械通气治疗的患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=83)和研究组(n=83)。对照组实施基础护理干预,研究组实施基于循证最佳证据总结的ICU机械通气患者误吸预防护理干预。比较两组患者治疗期间误吸发生率,同时对干预前后患者血气指标和舒适度进行对比。结果:干预后,研究组患者误吸发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者血气指标、舒适度总分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于循证最佳证据总结护理能够明显降低ICU机械通气患者误吸发生率,同时对改善患者血气指标和舒适度具有重要意义。 Objective:To explore the effectiveness of nursing on the prevention and management of ICU patients based on evidencebased evidence.Methods:A total of 166 patients undergoing mechanical ventilation admitted in ICU of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanhua University from April 2022 to March 2024 were selected and randomly divided into study group(n=83)and control group(n=83).The control group was given the basic nursing,while the study group was given the nursing on the prevention and management of aspiration in icu mechanical ventilation patients based on evidence-based best evidence.The incidence of aspiration during treatment was compared between the two groups,while comparing the blood gas index and comfort before and after intervention.Results:After the intervention,the incidence of aspiration in the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the blood gas index and comfort in the study group were better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing based on evidence-based best evidence can significantly reduce the incidence of aspiration in mechanically ventilated patients in ICU,and is important to improve blood gas index and comfort.
