4种芸薹素内酯药剂产品对大白菜不同生长阶段持效期及农艺性状的影响

Effects of four brassinolide formulation products on persistence periods and agronomic traits of Chinese cabbage at different growth stages

摘要 探究4种芸薹素内酯药剂产品对大白菜不同生长阶段的持效期及其对大白菜农艺和品质性状的影响。以83-1大白菜为研究对象,于幼苗期、莲座期叶面分别喷施4种产品,对照(CK)喷施等量清水,以大白菜两个时期(2024年,2025年)鲜质量增加率为指标,评估4种药剂的持效期,并在30 d后测定大白菜的农艺和品质性状。结果表明,4种药剂的持效期存在差异,0.004%丙酰芸薹素内酯可溶液剂、0.004%28-表高芸薹素内酯水剂、0.0016%28-表高芸薹素内酯水剂和0.01%24-表芸薹素内酯可溶液剂在大白菜幼苗期的持效期分别为15、11、10和9 d,莲座期持效期分别为14、10、6和5 d。在施药30 d后,4种芸薹素内酯药剂均能改良大白菜的农艺性状。其中,2024年0.004%丙酰芸薹素内酯可溶液剂的增产效果优于0.004%28-表高芸薹素内酯水剂,2025年0.0016%28-表高芸薹素内酯水剂优于0.01%24-表芸薹素内酯可溶液剂。同时,4种芸薹素内酯药剂处理的大白菜可溶性蛋白、游离氨基酸、可溶性糖及维生素C含量较CK均有所提高,品质性状得到改善。其中,0.004%28-表高芸薹素内酯水剂提升效果优于0.004%丙酰芸薹素内酯可溶液剂,0.0016%28-表高芸薹素内酯水剂处理效果优于0.01%24-表芸薹素内酯可溶液剂。此外,4种药剂在大白菜莲座期施用的提升效果优于幼苗期。综上,4种药剂均能促进大白菜生长和品质提升,且莲座期施用的效果优于幼苗期。其中,0.0016%28-表高芸薹素内酯水剂对农艺性状指标的提升和产量增长效果最佳;0.004%28-表高芸薹素内酯水剂和0.0016%28-表高芸薹素内酯水剂对提升大白菜品质效果最优,可在生产中推广应用。 A study was conducted to investigate the persistence periods of four brassinolide pesticide products at different growth stages of Chinese cabbage,as well as their effects on the agronomic and quality traits of the crop.Taking Chinese cabbage cultivar 83-1 as the test material,foliar spraying of the four products was carried out at the seedling stage and rosette stage of Chinese cabbage,respectively,with the control(CK)sprayed with an equal volume of clear water.The increment of living matter at the two growth stages was used as the indicator to evaluate the persistence periods of the four pesticides.In addition,the agronomic and quality traits of Chinese cabbage were determined 30 days after spraying.The results showed that there were differences in the persistence periods of the four agents.At the seedling stage of Chinese cabbage,the persistence periods of 0.004% propionyl brassinolide soluble concentrate,0.004% 28-epihomobrassinolide aqueous solution,0.0016% 28-epihomobrassinolide aqueous solution and 0.01% 24-epibrassinolide soluble concentrate were 15,11,10 and 9 days,respectively;while at the rosette stage,their persistence periods were 14,10,6 and 5 days,respectively.In addition,30 days after application,all four brassinolide agents could improve the agronomic traits of Chinese cabbage.Among them,the yield-increasing effect of 0.004% propionyl brassinolide soluble concentrate was superior to that of 0.004% 28-epihomobrassinolide aqueous solution,and the effect of 0.0016% 28-epihomobrassinolide aqueous solution was superior to that of 0.01% 24-epibrassinolide soluble concentrate.Meanwhile,compared with the CK,the content of soluble protein,free amino acids,soluble sugar and vitamin C in Chinese cabbage treated with the four brassinolide agents were all increased,and the quality traits were improved.Among these agents,in 2024,the enhancement effect of 0.004% 28-epihomobrassinolide aqueous solution was superior to that of 0.004% propionyl brassinolide soluble concentrate,in 2025,the effect of 0.0016% 28-epihomobrassinolide aqueous solution was superior to that of 0.01% 24-epibrassinolide soluble concentrate.In addition,the enhancement effects of the four agents applied at the rosette stage of Chinese cabbage were better than those applied at the seedling stage.In conclusion,all the four agents could promote the growth and quality improvement of Chinese cabbage,with the application effect at the rosette stage being superior to that at the seedling stage.Among them,0.0016% 28-epihomobrassinolide aqueous solution exhibited the best performance in improving agronomic trait indices and increasing yield;both 0.004% 28-epihomobrassinolide aqueous solution and 0.0016% 28-epihomobrassinolide aqueous solution showed the optimal effects in enhancing Chinese cabbage quality,and thus could be popularized and applied in production.
