公路高填方路堤施工工艺研究

Research on Construction Processes for Highway High-Fill Embankments

摘要 为保证路基施工质量和安全,以海外阿尔及利亚东西高速公路PK367+370—PK368+465段高填方路堤为研究对象,从基底处理和铺设土工布两方面分析了高填方路堤陡坡处理工艺,并基于路堤整体安全系数对土工布层间距进行优化,探索了高填方路堤的施工控制要点。研究结果表明,高填方路堤陡坡处理工艺可增强路堤的整体稳定性,在摊铺、压实的工艺参数控制方面,填料松铺厚度不宜超过30 cm,含水率应控制在最优含水率±2%的范围内,压实遍数控制为2~6遍,可显著提高路堤压实质量。 In order to ensure the quality and safety of subgrade construction,this paper takes the high-fill embankment at PK367+370-PK368+465 section of the East-West Expressway in Algeria as the research object,analyzes the steep slope treatment process for high-fill embankment from two aspects of base treatment and geotextile laying,optimizes the geotextile interlamellar spacing based on the overall safety factor of the embankment,and analyzes the key construction control points for high-fill embankment.The research results show that the steep slope treatment process for high-fill embankment can enhance the overall stability of the embankment,in terms of the control of paving and compaction process parameters,the thickness of the filler loose paving should not exceed 30 cm,the moisture content should be controlled within the range of±2%of the optimal moisture content,and the compaction passes should be controlled to 2-6 passes,which can significantly improve the compaction quality of the embankment.
