Located on the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau,the Xizang Autonomous Region boasts exceptional solar energy resources.Today,sunlight is being converted into electricity by a 100 megawatt(MW)photovoltaic power station in Chabala Township,Quxu County,Lhasa.Built by Huadian(Quxu)New Energy Co.,Ltd,the project is at an average altitude of 4,000 meters above sea level.It has become a powerful driver of green development in the region,ushering in a new chapter of harmonious coexistence between humanity and nature.
