新时代教育思想:话语生成、逻辑遵循与实践进路

New Era Educational Thought:Discourse Generation,Logical Compliance and Practical Approach

摘要 新时代教育思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想指导下的系统化教育理念,产生于新时代社会变革与战略转型背景下,是对“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”的战略性回答。其话语生成以习近平总书记关于教育的重要论述为依托,以马克思主义教育理论创新为支撑,以传统文化现代性转化为支柱;遵循为社会发展服务的价值逻辑、教育创新的理论逻辑以及教育强国建设战略的目标逻辑。基于话语生成与逻辑遵循的判断,新时代教育思想的实践进路聚焦于教育强国建设、文化自主性的教育命脉塑造、开放式数字化教育新形态构建、教育高质量发展与高素质教师队伍建设这五个方面。其核心使命在于引领构建具有中国特色、世界水平的教育体系,为全面推进中国式教育现代化,实现中华民族伟大复兴奠定坚实的人才基础与文化根基。 The educational thought of the new era is a systematic educational concept under the guidance of the thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.It has emerged in the context of social transformation and strategic transition in the new era and provides a strategic answer to the questions of"what kind of people to cultivate,how to cultivate them,and for whom to cultivate them".Its discourse generation is based on the educational thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,supported by the innovation of Marxist educational theory,and sustained by the modern transformation of traditional culture.It follows the value logic of serving social development,the theoretical logic of educational innovation,and the goal logic of the strategic construction of an educational power.Based on the judgment of discourse generation and logical adherence,the practical approach of the educational thought of the new era focuses on five aspects--the construction of an educational power,the shaping of the educational lifeline of cultural autonomy,the construction of a new form of open and digital education,the high-quality development of education,and the construction of a high-quality teaching staff.Its core mission is to lead the construction of an educational system with Chinese characteristics and world-class standards,laying a solid talent foundation and cultural foundation for the comprehensive advancement of modernization of Chinese education and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
