摘要
目的系统评估全国省、地市及高碘地区县级碘缺乏病实验室的水碘检测能力,全面掌握各级实验室的整体技术水平及实验室间存在的差异。方法采用水中碘成分分析国家一级标准物质作为考核样品,将各实验室的检测结果与标准物质的参考值及其不确定度范围进行比对,以此作为评价其检测能力的依据。结果参加质控考核的32个省级、336个地市级和766个县级实验室反馈了结果且考核合格。结论本次质控考核结果表明,全国省、地市及参加考核的县级实验室检测结果一致性良好,其检测精密度与准确度均维持在较高水平。
Objective To systematically evaluate the water iodine testing capabilities of provincial,prefectural,and county-level laboratories in high-iodine area across China,and to comprehensively assess the overall technical proficiency of laboratories at all levels as well as the variations among them.Methods National primary standard material for water iodine analysis was used as the testing sample.The detection results from each laboratory were compared against the reference value and its uncertainty range of the standard material to evaluate their testing competence.Results A total of 32 provincial,336 prefectural,and 766 countylevel iodine laboratories participating in the quality assessment submitted their results and were qualified.Conclusion The results of this quality assessment indicate that the detection results from the provincial,prefectural,and county-level laboratories across China show strong consistency,with both precision and accuracy maintaining at a high level.
