摘要
焦化粗苯中的氯含量是影响粗苯质量的一项重要指标。针对金马能源公司生产中遇到的粗苯中氯含量超标问题进行了分析与讨论,通过对粗苯工段各种介质氯含量测定,排除了粗苯工段引入氯离子导致粗苯中氯含量超标的原因;通过对原料煤中氯含量测定,发现五种原料煤氯含量相对较高,进一步通过配煤比的调整,推断出原料煤1/3JM-1和QM-2是引起此次粗苯中氯含量升高的主要煤种。通过停用氯含量偏高的原料煤种,降低1/3JM-1的配煤比例,使粗苯中的氯含量控制在合理的范围内。
The chlorine content in coking crude benzol is an important indicator affecting the quality of crude benzol.The problem of excessive chlorine content in crude benzol encountered in the production of Jinma Energy Company was analyzed and discussed.By measuring the chlorine content in various media of the crude benzol section,the possibility of chloride introduction from the crude benzol section causing the excessive chlorine content in crude benzol was excluded.Through the determination of the chlorine content in raw coal,five types of raw coal with relatively high chlorine content were identified.Through the adjustment of the coal blending ratio,it was inferred that 1/3JM-1 and QM-2 were the main coal types causing the increase of chlorine content in crude benzol.By stopping the use of raw coal types with high chlorine content and reducing the coal blending ratio of 1/3JM-1,the chlorine content in crude benzol was controlled within a reasonable range.
