基于PACS的PBL联合CBL教学模式在医学影像本科实习教学中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨基于图像存档和传输系统(PACS)的问题教学(PBL)联合案例教学方法(CBL)在医学影像本科实习教学中的应用效果。方法:选取在安徽医科大学第二附属医院放射科实习的38名影像专业本科学生作为研究对象,根据入科时间段不同随机分为两组,实验组采用基于PACS的PBL联合CBL教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,选取原发性肝癌病例由同一教学团队老师进行带教,对照研究两组教学效果及满意度。结果:接受基于PACS的PBL联合CBL教学模式的实习学生在临床技能考核中成绩明显高于传统模式组(P<0.05),且其满意度明显高于传统教学模式。实习学生对知识理解能力、文献查阅能力、分析问题的能力、读片能力、报告书写能力、团队协作能力、学习兴趣、自学能力的提高方面,基于PACS的PBL联合CBL的教学模式组学生赞成率明显高于传统教学模式,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于PACS的PBL联合CBL教学方法是一种科学有效的教学模式,可明显提高影像本科实习教学效果。 Objective:To explore the application effect of problem-based teaching method(PBL)combined with case teaching method(CBL)based on picture archiving and communication system(PACS)in medical imaging undergraduate diagnostic practice teaching.Methods:The research subjects were 38 undergraduates in the imaging specialty who were selected for internship in the radiology department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University.According to different time periods of admission,they were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group adopted the PBL combined with CBL teaching mode based on PACS,and the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.The same teaching team teacher selected primary liver cancer cases for teaching,and compared the teaching effect and satisfaction of the two groups.Results:Interns who accepted the PBL combined with CBL teaching mode based on PACS had significantly higher scores in clinical skills assessment than the traditional model group(P<0.05),and their satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the traditional teaching mode.The improvement of knowledge understanding ability,literature retrieval ability,problem analysis,reading film ability,report writing ability,teamwork ability,learning interest,and selflearning ability of interns was significantly higher in the group of students who accepted PBL combined CBL teaching mode based on PACS than in the traditional teaching mode,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The PBL combined with CBL teaching method based on PACS is a scientific and effective teaching mode,which can obviously improve the teaching effect of undergraduate practice in imaging.
