摘要
目的:探讨瑶药坐浴方坐盆治疗对混合痔术后肛门疼痛、肛缘水肿、肛门坠胀感及创面愈合的影响。方法:回顾性分析医院收治的65例行外剥内扎术的混合痔患者资料,根据术后坐盆治疗药物的不同,34例患者自术后第2天开始使用瑶药坐浴方稀释溶液坐盆治疗(瑶药坐浴方组),31例患者自术后第2天开始使用高锰酸钾外用片稀释溶液坐盆治疗(高锰酸钾组),两组患者均每日坐盆治疗1次,疗程为6 d。两组患者的术后恢复情况进行统计分析,具体包括术前、术后第2天、第4天、第6天的肛门疼痛评分、肛缘水肿评分、肛门坠胀感评分,以及手术创面完全愈合时间。结果:瑶药坐浴方组患者在术后第4天、第6天的肛门疼痛评分、肛缘水肿评分、肛门坠胀感评分均显著低于高锰酸钾组,且瑶药坐浴方组的术后创面愈合时间明显短于高锰酸钾组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:瑶药坐浴方坐盆治疗可有效减轻混合痔患者术后的肛门疼痛程度,缓解肛缘水肿症状,减轻肛门坠胀感,同时能显著缩短手术创面的愈合时间,对促进混合痔患者术后恢复具有重要临床价值。
Objective:To investigate the effects of Yao medicine sitz bath on postoperative anal pain,anal margin edema,anal heaviness,and wound healing in patients with mixed hemorrhoids after surgery.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 65 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who underwent external stripping and internal ligation.Based on the different sitz bath medications used postoperatively,34 patients began using a diluted solution of Yao medicine sitz bath(Yao medicine group),while 31 patients used a diluted potassium permanganate solution(potassium permanganate group).Both groups received daily sitz baths for 6 days.Postoperative recovery was statistically analyzed,including scores for anal pain,anal margin edema,and anal heaviness on the 2nd,4th,and 6th postoperative days,as well as the complete wound healing time.Results:The Yao medicine group showed significantly lower scores for anal pain,anal margin edema,and anal heaviness on the 4th and 6th postoperative days compared to the potassium permanganate group.Additionally,the wound healing time in the Yao medicine group was notably shorter than that in the potassium permanganate group,with statistically significant differences(P<O.O5).Conclusion:Yao medicine sitz bath effectively reduces postoperative anal pain,alleviates anal margin edema and anal heaviness symptoms in patients with mixed hemorrhoids,while significantly shortening wound healing time,demonstrating important clinical value in promoting postoperative recovery.
