差动式行星滚柱丝杠副承载特性分析及修形设计

摘要 【目的】差动式行星滚柱丝杠副是一种丝杠螺纹与滚柱环槽、滚柱环槽与螺母环槽相啮合的新型传动机构。研究了一种新型的五段式差动式行星滚柱丝杠副的承载特性。【方法】基于有限元法,对五段式差动式行星滚柱丝杠副建立有限元分析模型,进行了承载特性分析,并分析了不同设计参数对承载特性的影响,对环槽牙进行了修形设计。【结果】结果表明,滚柱与螺母接触段的应力、环槽牙载荷和应变均大于滚柱与丝杠接触段;滚柱与丝杠接触的2段中,应力、环槽牙载荷和应变的最大值均位于滚柱与丝杠啮合接触处的最左端;滚柱与螺母接触的3段中,应力和应变的最大值均位于滚柱与螺母啮合接触处的最右端。这表明,差动式行星滚柱丝杠副中存在载荷分布不均的现象。环槽牙相关设计参数对其载荷分布有着重要影响。当齿面圆弧半径为1.5 mm、环槽牙角度为50°和环槽牙倒角半径为0.02 mm时,滚柱与丝杠接触段的环槽牙承载最为均匀。当齿顶修形量为0.63 mm或齿根修形量为0.84 mm时,滚柱与丝杠接触段的环槽牙承载和应力分布均匀。修形设计可使滚柱环槽牙承载不均的现象得到有效改善,有利于延长差动式行星滚柱丝杠副的使用寿命。 [Objective]The differential planetary roller screw mechanism is a new type of transmission mechanism in which the screw thread is meshed with the roller ring groove,as well as the mesh between the roller ring groove and the nut ring groove.The bearing characteristics of a new type of five-stage differential planetary roller screw mechanism was investigated.[Methods]The analysis model was established and the bearing characteristics were analyzed based on the finite element method.Besides,the influence of different design parameters on the bearing characteristics was analyzed.Finally,the modification design was carried out.[Results]The results show that the stress,the load and strain of the ring groove of the contact section between the roller and the nut are larger than those of the contact section between the roller and the screw.The maximum values of stress,ring groove load and strain in the two sections of the contact between the roller and the screw are located at the leftmost end of the meshing contact.The maximum values of stress and strain in the three sections of the contact between the roller and the nut are located at the rightmost end of the meshing contacts.It is proved that there is an uneven load distribution in the differential planetary roller screw mechanism.The relevant design parameters of the ring groove teeth have an important influence on the load distribution.When the tooth surface arc radius is 1.5 mm,the angle of the ring groove teeth is 50°and the chamfer radius of the ring groove teeth is 0.02 mm,the load of the ring groove teeth in the contact section between the roller and the screw is the most uniform.When the tooth crest modification amount is 0.63 mm or the tooth root modification amount is 0.84 mm,the bearing and stress distribution of the ring groove teeth in the contact section between the roller and the screw are uniform.The modification design effectively improves the uneven bearing of the roller ring groove teeth,which is beneficial to prolong the service life of the differential planetary roller screw mechanism.
