摘要
针对化工园区的管理日趋严格规范,为进一步提升污水集中收集处理率,应开展工业废水与生活污水分类收集、分质处理。某工业污水处理厂为了实现对化工和非化工废水分质处理,对现状一期和二期部分构筑物进行改建,并新增深度处理设施,包括高效沉淀池、臭氧催化氧化池(均相)、后好氧池、普通快滤池,二期改造调节池等。分质改建后,化工和非化工专线的进水水质浓度较未分质前降低,处理难度降低。分质处理改建工程结合厂区现状有效实施,提高了工业污水处理厂的精细化管理水平,在类似工业污水处理厂的分质处理改造中具有一定参考价值。
In response to increasingly strict and standardized management of chemical industrial parks,to further improve the centralized collection and treatment rate of sewage,classified collection and differentiated treatment of industrial wastewater and domestic sewage should be implemented.To achieve differentiated treatment of chemical and non-chemical wastewater,an existing industrial wastewater treatment plant reconstructed part of the structures in PhaseⅠand PhaseⅡand added advanced treatment facilities,including high-efficiency sedimentation tanks,homogeneous catalytic ozonation tanks,post-aerobic tanks,conventional rapid filters,and reconstructed regulation tanks in PhaseⅡ.After classified reconstruction,the influent water quality concentrations for both chemical and nonchemical dedicated lines decreased compared to pre-classification,reducing treatment difficulty.The classified treatment reconstruction project was effectively implemented combining the current status of the plant,improving the refined management level of the industrial wastewater treatment plant,and offering certain reference value for classified treatment reconstruction in similar industrial wastewater treatment plants.
