城市高架桥基于SPMT技术快速拆除的结构安全分析及优化

摘要 随着城市化进程的持续提速,城市立交系统的更新与改造催生了大量既有桥梁的拆除需求。采用SPMT技术对城市高架桥进行快速拆除,不仅能大幅提升拆桥施工效率,而且能最大程度减少对城市交通的干扰以及噪声、扬尘等环境污染,显著提升社会经济效益。文章以南京市惠民大道预应力混凝土连续梁高架桥为实例,针对基于SPMT技术分跨快速拆除五跨一联老桥的全过程展开结构安全分析与计算,优化SPMT模块车的布置方案,力求以最经济的设备投入高效完成拆桥作业,实现施工成本控制与项目进度推进的最优平衡,并为同类工程提供可借鉴的参考依据。 With the continuous acceleration of urbanization,the renewal and reconstruction of urban interchange systems have generated substantial demand for demolishing existing bridges.Adopting Self-Propelled Modular Transporter(SPMT)technology for rapid demolition of urban elevated bridges can significantly improve demolition efficiency while minimizing disruption to urban traffic and reducing environmental pollution such as noise and dust,thereby greatly enhancing social and economic benefits.Taking the prestressed concrete continuous girder elevated bridge on Huimin Avenue in Nanjing as a case study,this paper conducts structural safety analysis and calculations for the entire process of rapidly demolishing a five-span-old bridge using SPMT technology span by span.The arrangement scheme of SPMT module vehicles is optimized to achieve efficient demolition with the most economical equipment input,striving for an optimal balance between construction cost control and project schedule advancement.This provides reference basis for similar engineering projects.
