摘要
目的:探讨手术室护士护理程序应用能力现状及其影响因素,为制定相应干预措施提供依据。方法:采用便利抽样法,于2025年1月—4月采用一般资料问卷、护理程序应用能力量表、工作形塑量表、临床护士反思能力问卷和一般自我效能感量表对四川省1218名手术室护士进行横断面调查。结果:手术室护士护理程序应用总分为(92.76±12.67)分,临床护士反思能力得分为(82.90±11.95)分,工作形塑得分为(91.47±12.45)分,一般自我效能得分为(33.66±5.44)分。手术室护士护理程序应用能力与工作形塑、自我效能、反思能力均呈正相关(r值分别为0.714,0.671,0.809,均P<0.01)。多因素分析显示职称、培训经历、工作形塑能力、自我效能和临床反思能力对护理程序应用能力具有显著影响(P<0.05)。结论:手术室护士护理程序应用能力良好但仍有提升空间。护理管理者应发挥好领导作用,给予护士足够的工作支持和工作资源,增强其自我效能和反思能力,以确保护理质量,促进病人术后康复。
Objective:To investigate the status quo of the application ability of operating room nurses to implement nursing process and its influencing factors,and to provide a basis for formulating corresponding intervention measures.Methods:By using the convenience sampling method,a cross‑sectional survey was conducted among 1,218 operating room nurses in Sichuan province from January to April 2025,using a general information questionnaire,a Competency of Nursing Process Questionnaire,the Job Crafting Scale,a Reflective Ability Scale for Clinical Nurses,and the General Self‑Efficacy Scale.Results:The total score of the application of nursing process by operating room nurses was(92.76±12.67),the score of reflective ability of clinical nurses was(82.90±11.95),the score of job crafting was(91.47±12.45),and the score of general self‑efficacy was(33.66±5.44).The application ability of nursing process of operating room nurses was positively correlated with job craftingg,self‑efficacy and reflective ability(r values were 0.714,0.671 and 0.809 respectively,all P<0.01).Multivariate analysis showed that professional title,training experience,job crafting ability,self‑efficacy and clinical reflective ability had significant effects on the application ability of nursing process(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application ability of nursing process by nurses in the operating room is good but still has room for improvement.Nursing managers should play a leading role well,provide nurses with sufficient work support and resources,enhance their self‑efficacy and reflective ability,so as to ensure the quality of nursing and promote the postoperative recovery of patients.
