摘要
实训教学是职业教育教学的重要组成部分,是提高职业教育人才培养质量的重要途径。实训教学质量的高低直接影响职业院校人才培养的质量,实训教学质量监控体系的构建与实施是保障和提高职业教育实训教学质量、人才培养质量的重要环节。本文在分析国内外研究的基础上,依托数字化教学管理信息系统,改变传统实训纸质化排课、粗放式过程监控管理的方式,通过冲突检测机制规避时间、场地、资源重叠等问题,实现实训教学的信息化管理,细化实训过程监控,形成具有创新性的“监控指标设计—数据采集分析—反馈评价机制”三维度实训教学质量监控体系,改革传统实训教学监控方式,培养具有较强创新精神、实践能力的高素质技术技能人才,推动职业教育高质量发展。
Experimental and practical training teaching is a crucial component of vocational education and serves as an important pathway to enhance the quality of talent cultivation.The level of experimental and practical train⁃ing teaching quality directly impacts the overall quality of talent development in vocational institutions.The con⁃struction and implementation of a quality monitoring system for experimental and practical training teaching are essential to ensure and improve the quality of vocational education training and talent development.Based on an analysis of domestic and international research,this paper leverages a digital teaching management information system to transform traditional paper-based scheduling and extensive process monitoring and management of ex⁃perimental and practical training.By employing a conflict detection mechanism to avoid overlaps in time,venue,and resources,it achieves information-based management of experimental and practical training teaching.This approach refines the process monitoring of experimental and practical training,forming an innovative three-dimensional quality monitoring system encompassing“monitoring indicator design,data collection and analysis,and feedback evaluation mechanism.”It reforms traditional methods of monitoring experimental and practical training teaching,cultivates high-quality technical and skilled talents with strong innovative spirit and practical abilities,and promotes the high-quality development of vocational education.
