摘要
人工智能的快速发展正在重塑高等教育格局,推动学科融合与人才培养模式变革。对于地方高校而言,如何有效利用人工智能技术促进学科交叉融合、优化人才培养体系,是提升区域竞争力的关键议题。本文系统梳理了河南省地方高校在交叉学科建设方面的现状及存在的问题,并基于人工智能赋能交叉学科创新人才培养的基本逻辑,从育人、专业、教学、科研、评价五个维度提出“一中心五融创”模式的理论框架以及其实施策略,以期为地方高校的学科交叉融合和教育数字化转型提供理论依据和实践参考。
The rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI)is reshaping the landscape of higher education,driving disciplinary integration and transforming talent cultivation models.For local universities,effectively leveraging AI to foster interdisciplinary integration and optimize talent development systems is a critical issue for enhancing regional competitiveness.This study systematically reviews the current status and existing challenges of interdisciplinary construction in local universities of Henan Province.Based on the fundamental logic of AI-enabled interdisciplinary innovative talent cultivation,it proposes a theoretical framework and implementation strategies for the“One Center,and Five Integrations and Innovations”model across five dimensions:talent cultivation,discipline,teaching,research,and evaluation.The study aims to provide both theoretical insights and practical references for promoting interdisciplinary integration and advancing the digital transformation of education in local universities.
