摘要
斑马鱼作为一种重要的模式生物,因其与人类基因高度同源、免疫系统高度保守、胚胎透明以及繁殖迅速等优点,在免疫学研究和药物筛选中广泛应用。在应用中又凭借活体实时成像、基因编辑便捷和高通量筛选优势,克服了传统哺乳动物模型成本高、周期长的局限,为研究中药多成分协同调节免疫的机制提供了理想平台。本文综述了斑马鱼免疫系统的研究概况,重点探讨其先天性免疫和获得性免疫特点,并概述了近年来基于斑马鱼模型的中药(单体、提取物和复方)免疫调节机制相关研究进展,为中医药免疫调节机制研究和模式生物的应用提供参考。
As an important model organism,zebrafish is widely used in immunological research and drug screening due to its high homology with human genes,highly conserved immune system,transparent embryos,and rapid reproduction.In application,with the advantages of real-time imaging in vivo,convenient gene editing,and high-throughput screening,it overcomes the limitations of high cost and long cycle of traditional mammalian models,providing an ideal platform for studying the mechanism of multi-component synergistic regulation of immunity in traditional Chinese medicine.This article provides an overview of the research on the immune system of zebrafish,with a focus on exploring its innate and acquired immune characteristics.It also summarizes the recent research progress on immune regulation of traditional Chinese medicine(monomers,extracts,and formulas)based on zebrafish models,providing reference for the study of immune regulation mechanisms in traditional Chinese medicine and the application of model organisms.
