基于夜间灯光与不透水表面指数的人口空间化研究——以天府新区成都直管区为例

Study on Population Spatialization Based on Nighttime Light and Impervious Surface Index:a Case Study on Tianfu New Area Directly Under the Chengdu Municipality

摘要 人口分布数据是推动以人民为中心的高质量发展的重要基础数据,但目前常用的人口普查数据存在空间分辨率低、更新周期长等问题。基于此,提出了一种基于城市人居指数和地理加权回归(GWR)的人口空间化新方法,将人口数据空间分辨率提升至150 m格网尺度。首先,创新性地融合夜间灯光与不透水表面数据构建城市人居指数,有效结合两者在揭示人口分布中的优势;然后,利用GWR模型建立人口密度与城市人居指数的回归关系并进行降尺度计算,实现人口分布降尺度模拟。以天府新区成都直管区为例的实例研究表明,城市人居指数对人口分布的揭示能力优于单一数据源,可显著提升人口空间化模拟精度。 Population distribution data is an important basic data for promoting high-quality people-centered development,but there are problems such as low spatial resolution and long update cycle of census data in common use.In response to these issues,this paper proposes a new method of population spatialization based on urban habitat index and geographically weighted regression(GWR),which improves the spatial resolution of population data to 150 m grid scale.Initially,nighttime light data and impervious surface data are innovatively integrated to construct urban habitat index,which effectively combines the advantages of both in revealing population distribution.Subsequently,the GWR model is used to establish the regression relationship between population density and urban habitat index,and reduce the scale calculation,so as to realize the downscaled simulation of population distribution.Taking the Tianfu New Area directly under Chengdu Municipality as an example,the case study shows that the ability of urban habitat index to reveal population distribution is better than that of a single data source,which can significantly improve the precision of population spatialization simulation.
