摘要
体外循环是心脏外科手术中广泛应用的一种技术,能够在手术期间替代心肺功能,但在此过程中常伴有多种并发症,如心肌缺血再灌注损伤、炎症反应和血流动力学紊乱等。近年来,腺苷因其独特的药理作用被认为在体外循环中具有潜在的心肌保护功能。本文旨在系统综述腺苷在体外循环中的作用机制、国内外研究现状及未来研究方向,为腺苷在体外循环中的临床应用提供参考依据。
Extracorporeal circulation(ECC)is a widely used technique in cardiac surgery to replace cardiopulmonary function during surgery,but the process is often associated with various complications,such as ischemia-reperfusion injury,inflammatory reactions,and hemodynamic disturbances.In recent years,adenosine has been recognized as a potential myocardial preservation agent in ECC due to its unique pharmacological effects.The purpose of this article is to systematically review the mechanism of adenosine in ECC,the current status of domestic and international research and the future research direction,and to provide a reference basis for the clinical application of adenosine in ECC.
