摘要
研究以护理主导的多模式干预在预防口腔门诊高速涡轮手机交叉感染中的效果。以南京市江宁中医院2024年1月—2025年1月口腔门诊接诊的80例患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(40例,实施常规护理)和观察组(40例,实施以护理主导的多模式干预),比较两组应用价值。结果显示,观察组患者发生高速涡轮手机交叉感染的概率低于对照组,护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分以及牙周评估得分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,以护理主导的多模式干预能够有效预防口腔门诊高速涡轮手机交叉感染,提高患者的护理满意度,调节患者的不良心态,改善患者的牙周情况,提高患者的生活质量,值得借鉴。
To study the effect of nursing-led multimodal intervention in preventing cross-infection of high-speed turbine handpieces in dental outpatient clinics.A total of 80 patients admitted to the Dental Outpatient Clinic of Jiangning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group implemented nursing-led multimodal intervention.The application value were compared between the two groups.The results showed that the probability of cross-infection of high-speed turbine handpieces in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the total nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety,depression and periodontal assessment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study concludes that nursing-led multimodal intervention can effectively prevent cross-infection of high-speed turbine handpieces in dental outpatient clinics,improve patients’nursing satisfaction,regulate patients’negative mental state,improve their periodontal conditions and quality of life,which is worthy of reference in clinical practice.
