摘要
观察基于筋骨并重理论改良西关李氏正骨手法治疗膝骨性关节炎的效果。采用随机数字表法,将广州市荔湾中心医院(2021年12月—2023年12月)收治的80例膝骨性关节炎患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组采取常规推拿治疗,观察组采取基于筋骨并重理论改良西关李氏正骨手法治疗。评价治疗效果。结果显示,治疗后,两组患者的中医证候积分以及VAS、WOMAC、JOA评分均优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的生活质量评分均较治疗前提升,且观察组更高(P<0.05)。研究发现,对膝骨性关节炎患者采取基于筋骨并重理论改良西关李氏正骨手法治疗,可明显减轻患者的症状及疼痛感,改善其膝关节功能,值得临床推广。
This study aims to observe the therapeutic eff ect of modifi ed Xiguan Li’s bone-setting manipulation based on the theory of Equal Importance of Muscles and Bones in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.A total of 80 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to Liwan Central Hospital of Guangzhou from December 2021 to December 2023 were divided into a control group and an observation group using the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine tuina massage,while the observation group was treated with modifi ed Xiguan Li’s bone-setting manipulation based on the theory of Equal Importance of Muscles and Bones.After treatment were compared to evaluate the therapeutic eff ect.The results showed that after treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome,VAS,WOMAC and JOA in both groups were signifi cantly better than those before treatment,with the observation group exhibiting superior outcomes to the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the quality of life scores of patients in both groups were signifi cantly increased compared with baseline,and the scores in the observation group were notably higher(P<0.05).The study concludes that modifi ed Xiguan Li’s bone-setting manipulation based on the theory of Equal Importance of Muscles and Bones for patients with knee osteoarthritis can signifi cantly alleviate the symptoms and pain of patients,with an ideal therapeutic eff ect worthy of clinical promotion.
