摘要
探讨了多学科诊疗模式(multidisciplinary team,MDT)与基于问题的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)在检验医师规范化培训教学查房中的应用。传统的检验住培教学查房以单向传授为主,住院医师难以充分掌握检验结果在临床中的应用,且缺乏与其他学科的有效沟通与协作能力。MDT与PBL的联合应用,通过多学科专家的协作讨论和问题导向学习,为住院医师提供了多角度的临床视野和主动学习的机会。MDT帮助住院医师从不同学科的角度理解患者病情,而PBL则鼓励其通过解决实际问题,培养独立思考和临床决策能力。两者的结合为检验住院医师提供了一个实践性强、互动性高的教学环境,提升了住院医师的临床思维、团队协作和自主学习能力。然而,MDT与PBL的实施仍面临学科整合、资源协调和评估体系不完善等挑战。未来应进一步深化两种模式的融合,利用信息技术优化教学资源配置,完善评估机制,提升检验医师规范化培训的效果,为现代检验医学人才培养奠定坚实基础。
This paper examines the application and development of the Multidisciplinary Team(MDT)model and Problem-Based Learning(PBL)in teaching rounds for the standardized training of laboratory physicians.Traditionally,teaching rounds in laboratory medicine have followed a one-directional approach,making it challenging for trainees to fully grasp the clinical relevance of laboratory results and limiting their ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across disciplines.The combined use of MDT and PBL introduces collaborative discussions with multidisciplinary experts and problem-focused learning,offering trainees a more comprehensive clinical perspective and encouraging active engagement.MDT facilitates a deep understanding of patient conditions from diverse disciplinary viewpoints,while PBL promotes independent thinking and clinical decision-making through the resolution of real-world study cases.The integration of these approaches fosters a dynamic,hands-on learning environment that significantly enhances trainees’abilities in clinical reasoning,teamwork,and self-directed learning skills.However,the implementation of MDT and PBL also faces multiple challenges such as interdisciplinary coordination,resource management,and underdeveloped evaluation systems.To address these issues,future efforts should focus on refining the integration pipeline of these models by leveraging information technology to optimize resource allocation and improve assessment frameworks,thereby enhancing the overall effectiveness of standardized training for laboratory physicians and building a strong foundation for the advancement of modern laboratory medicine professionals.
