摘要
针对现有模块化建筑的技术短板,提出一种基于双面叠合剪力墙的模块化结构体系,并通过轴心受拉试验与有限元模拟,系统研究了其竖向连接节点的力学性能。结果表明:外双皮墙边缘构件区、内外双皮墙普通墙身区节点均能达到现浇试件的峰值承载力和刚度;内双皮墙边缘构件区节点峰值承载力相对较小,未能达到现浇试件的峰值承载力。有限元模型能较好模拟节点破坏特征,验证了该体系多数节点满足“等同现浇”要求,内双皮墙边缘构件区节点需优化构造。
In response to the problems existing in existing modular buildings,this paper proposes a modular building system based on double-sided composite shear walls,and studies the stress performance of vertical connection nodes in the system through axial tensile tests and fi nite element analysis.T he results show that the nodes in the edge component area of the outer double skin wall and the ordinary wall body area of the inner and outer double skin walls can reach the peak bearing capacity and stiffness of the cast-in-place specimens;The peak bearing capacity of the nodes in the edge component area of the inner double skin wall is relatively small,and it has not reached the peak bearing capacity of the cast-in-place specimen.The finite element model can simulate the failure characteristics of nodes well,verifying that most nodes in the system meet the requirement of"equivalent cast-in-place",and the nodes in the edge component area of the inner double skin wall need to be optimized for construction.
