摘要
目的分析心脏康复联合常规治疗对缺血性心肌病的临床疗效。方法选取2021年5月至2023年5月广州市番禺区第二人民医院确诊并收治的114例缺血性心肌病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为参照组与实验组,每组57例。参照组进行常规治疗,实验组进行心脏康复联合常规治疗。比较两组疗效指标、安全性、心功能、心电图检测指标。结果实验组治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。治疗后,实验组左心室射血分数高于参照组,6 min步行试验距离长于参照组,QT间期离散度和T波峰-末间期均短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规治疗基础上进行心脏康复治疗缺血性心肌病疗效显著,能改善室性心律失常,促进心功能恢复,且治疗安全性高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of cardiac rehabilitation combined with conventional therapy in ischemic cardiomyopathy.Methods A total of 114 patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy diagnosed and admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Panyu Guangzhou from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the reference group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,with 57 cases in each group.The reference group received conventional therapy,while the experimental group received cardiac rehabilitation combined with conventional therapy.The therapeutic effect indicators,safety,cardiac function and electrocardiogram detection indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,the 6 min walk test distance was longer than that in the reference group,and the QT dispersion and Tpeak-tend interval were shorter than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cardiac rehabilitation treatment for ischemic cardiomyopathy on the basis of conventional therapy has a remarkable effect,it can improve ventricular arrhythmias,promote the recovery of cardiac function,and has high treatment safety,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
