摘要
新时代全面从严治党背景下,深化高校廉洁文化建设是提升大学治理能力、落实立德树人根本任务的关键一环。高校廉洁文化建设是一个系统工程,具有参与主体呈现出多元化与广泛性、目标具有鲜明的实践导向性和载体呈现系统性与多样性等特征。当前,高校廉洁文化建设存在价值认同与行为实践存在温差、工作推进的体系化与集成化程度不高、建设路径与方法手段相对固化以及文化基因的挖掘与地域特色的彰显严重不足等亟待解决的问题。对此,新时代高校廉洁文化建设应以坚守主体性为原则去弥合价值认同与行为实践的鸿沟,构建协同联动与技术赋能的整合化建设矩阵以彰显体系性,以数字赋能与内容创新提升建设辨识度适配时代要求,根植地域文脉去构建“双轨并进”的廉洁文化资源活化体系。
AUnder the background of the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party in the new era,deepening the integrity culture in universities is a critical step towards enhancing university governance capabilities and fulfilling the fundamental mission of fostering virtue and nurturing talents.The construction of a culture of integrity in universities is a systematic project characterized by diverse and broad participation,a clear practical orientation as well as systematic and diverse carriers.Currently this endeavor faces several pressing challenges:a disconnect between value identification and behavioral practice,insufficient systematic and integrated implementation,relatively rigid approaches and methods,and a serious lack of deep excavation into cultural genes and local characteristics.To address these problems,the construction of the integrity culture in the new era should adhere to the principle of subjectivity to bridge the gap between values and practice.It should establish a coordinated,technologyempowered,integrated construction matrix to highlight systematic traits,enhance distinctiveness and adapt to the times through digital empowerment and content innovation,and root itself in regional cultural heritage to build a"dual-track"system for revitalizing resources related to the culture of integrity.
