摘要
化工行业作为我国的基础产业,长期以来存在高污染、高能耗、高排放的环境问题,在“双碳”目标的驱动下正经历着绿色低碳转型,传统培养模式下的化工人才已经无法满足现代社会对于复合型人才的需求,以OBE(成果导向教育)理念为核心,根据“双碳”目标对于化工行业的需求,针对性提出多元化人才培养路径,深度结合知识传授与能力培养,让学生能够针对性地调整成长路线,为化工专业人才培养提供理论支撑与实践参考。
As a cornerstone industry in China,the chemical engineering sector has long been plagued by environmental challenges characterized by high pollution,energy consumption,and emissions.Driven by the"dual carbon goals"(carbon peak and carbon neutrality),the industry is now undergoing a green and low-carbon transformation.However,chemical engineering talents cultivated under traditional models can no longer meet modern society′s demand for interdisciplinary professionals.Centered on the OBE(Outcome-Based Education)concept,this paper proposes a diversified talent cultivation pathway tailored to the"dual carbon"goals′requirements for the chemical engineering industry.By deeply integrating knowledge transmission with competency development,this approach empowers students to proactively adjust their growth trajectories,providing both theoretical support and practical references for cultivating chemical engineering professionals.
