摘要
为解决自由活塞直线发电机(free piston linear generator,FPLG)中燃烧压力和电磁力协同调控难题,以活塞轨迹为桥梁,将燃烧参数控制和直线电机控制结合,设计了燃烧压力和电磁力耦合控制策略。燃烧参数控制基于活塞轨迹实现对燃烧参数的精确调节,直线电机控制实现对活塞参考轨迹的精确跟踪,其中参考轨迹将根据燃烧参数进行调整。使用搭建的单活塞FPLG样机试验平台基于优化燃烧过程的目的对燃烧参数进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,当点火位置设置为6 mm,喷油位置设置为38 mm,扫气压力设置为155 kPa时系统性能表现最佳,其循环指示功为184.50 J,输出电功为89.75 J。
To handle with the difficulty in cooperative regulation of combustion pressure force and electromagnetic force of free piston linear generator(FPLG),a coupled control strategy of combustion pressure force and electromagnetic force which combined combustion parameter control and linear electric machine control based on piston trajectory was proposed.The combustion parameter control achieved precise regulation of the combustion parameters based on the piston trajectory.The linear electric machine control achieved precise tracking of the reference trajectory which will be regulated based on the combustion parameters.A single-piston FPLG prototype was established to calibrate the combustion parameters in order to optimize the combustion process.The experiment results demonstrate that FPLG achieves the best performance when the ignition position is 6 mm,the injection position is 38 mm,and the scavenging pressure is 155 kPa,with the indicated thermal work of 184.50 J and the output electric work of 89.75 J.
