摘要
目的:探讨正念音乐疗法对输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术患者心理状况、日常生活活动能力及睡眠质量的影响。方法:本次研究为前瞻性研究,采用随机数字表法将福建省福能集团总医院2024年1月至2025年4月期间收治的96例经尿道输尿管镜钬激光碎石术患者分为对照组(48例,常规干预)和研究组(48例,对照组基础上接受正念音乐疗法干预)。比较两组术后下床活动时间、住院时间、心理状况[焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、恐惧情绪量表(fear emotion scale,FES)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)]、匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(pittsburgh sleep quality index scale,PSQI)、日常生活活动能力(Barthel指数)、一般自我效能感量表(general self-efficacy scale,GSES)评分和治疗依从性。结果:研究组的术后下床活动时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组干预后SAS、FES、SDS、PSQI评分低于对照组,Barthel指数、GSES评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗依从性均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:正念音乐疗法应用于输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术患者,可有效改善患者的心理状况和睡眠质量,提高生活活动能力、自我效能感和治疗依从性。
Objective:To explore the effects of mindfulness music therapy on the psychological status,daily living activities,and sleep quality of patients undergoing ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.Method:This study was a prospective study,96 patients underwent ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy who were admitted to Fujian Funeng Group General Hospital from January 2024 to April 2025 were divided into control group(48 cases,conventional intervention)and study group(48 cases,received mindfulness music therapy intervention on the basis of the control group)by random number table method.The time to ambulation,and hospital stay,psychological status[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),fear emotion scale(FES),self-rating depression scale(SDS)],pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI),activities of daily living(Barthel Index),general self-efficacy scale(GSES)scores,and compliance with medical advice between two groups were compared.Result:The postoperative ambulation time and hospital stay time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of SAS,FES,SDS and PSQI in the study group after intervention were lower than those in the control group,while the Barthel index and GSES score were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance with medical advice in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mindfulness music therapy for patients undergoing ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy,can effectively improve their psychological condition,enhance their living activity ability,improve sleep quality and treatment compliance.
