摘要
在国家铁路建设投资规模缩减、市场化竞争加剧的背景下,施工方案经济比选与变更设计的动态协同,已成为提升工程效益的核心环节。如何在降低施工成本的同时增强企业盈利能力,是当代施工企业的竞争关键。本文以新建福厦铁路邻近既有线工程为研究对象,通过对高压旋喷桩与矮塔架搅拌桩的技术特性、成本投入展开深度测算与经济比选,构建施工方案比选与设计变更的实时联动决策机制,最终实现“降本增效”目标,为类似既有线工程变更设计提供实践参考。
Against the backdrop of reduced investment scale and intensified market competition in national railway construction,the dynamic coordination of economic comparison and design changes in construction plans has become a core link in improving engineering efficiency.How to enhance the profitability of enterprises while reducing construction costs is the key to competition for contemporary construction enterprises.This article takes the newly-built Fuzhou Xiamen Railway adjacent to the existing line project as the research object.Through in-depth calculation and economic comparison of the technical characteristics and cost investment of high-pressure rotary jet grouting piles and low tower mixing piles,a real-time linkage decision-making mechanism for construction scheme comparison and design changes is constructed,ultimately achieving the goal of"cost reduction and efficiency improvement",and providing practical reference for similar existing line project design changes.
