From October 13 to 17,President of China Institute of International Studies(CIIS)Chen Bo led a delegation to Serbia and attended the International Conference“Dialogues on China 2025,”which was co-organized by CIIS and Serbia’s Institute of International Politics and Economics(IIPE).Jelena Kostic,Serbia’s Acting Assistant Minister of Science in the Ministry of Science,Technological Development and Innovation;Li Ming,Chinese Ambassador to Serbia;Chen Bo,CIIS President;Shi Yulong,Director of the Xi Jinping Thought on Economy Study Center;and Branislav Djordjevic,IIPE Director,delivered remarks at the opening ceremony.Chen also made a keynote speech on the role of Chinese modernization in the world modernization process.Chinese experts and scholars from CIIS and the Xi Jinping Thought on Economy Study Center participated in multiple panel discussions.The conference was attended by more than 200 participants,including over 140 experts and scholars from 36 countries,Serbian government representatives,as well as media staff and diplomats based in Serbia.
