摘要
探究了Cr12MoVCo工作辊在制造过程中出现开裂的原因分析及其改进措施。本文借助金相显微镜、全自动硬度计、直读光谱仪对二十辊森吉米尔轧机工作辊在生产过程中出现的裂纹进行分析,结果表明:裂纹一侧存在明显脱碳,硬度较另一侧低56HV,由此判定该裂纹并非热处理淬火所致,而是锻造过程中形成的缺陷。进一步分析发现,此类锻造裂纹多起源于组织缺陷区域,且伴随明显的氧化脱碳特征。基于研究结果,建议通过改进锻造方式、锻锤吨位和改善原材料表面质量等措施,预防锻造裂纹的产生。
The causes and improvement measures of cracking in Cr12MoVCo work rolls during the manufacturing process were explored.In this paper,The cracks in 20-high Sendzimir mill work rolls during production were analyzed using metallographic microscope,automatic hardness tester and direct reading spectrometer.The results show that one side of the crack exhibits significant decarburization,with a hardness 56HV lower than the other side,indicating that the crack was not caused by heat treatment quenching but rather formed during the forging process.Further analysis revealed that such forging cracks typically originate from microstructural defects and are accompanied by obvious oxidation and decarburization characteristics.Based on the findings,it is recommended to optimize the forging method,adjust the forging hammer capacity,and improve the surface quality of raw materials to prevent the occurrence of forging cracks.
