摘要
针对永磁同步联轴器磁悬浮转子系统的不平衡问题,研究其动力学特性及振动响应规律,为联轴器的优化设计和应用提供理论支持。建立含永磁同步联轴器的磁悬浮转子系统动力学模型,并基于磁场分析构建联轴器耦合力模型。利用数值仿真方法,分析系统的不平衡响应特性,考察转角差及运行参数对系统振动的影响,并探讨控制参数对系统振动状态的调节作用。研究表明,相较于传统机械联轴器,永磁同步联轴器会导致系统轴心轨迹由圆形变为椭圆,竖直位移幅值减小,而水平位移幅值增加。在一定范围内,较小的转角差有助于降低系统振幅,合理选择控制参数可减小联轴器对系统振动响应的不利影响。选用合适的永磁同步联轴器参数和控制策略可有效改善磁悬浮转子系统的振动特性,研究成果可为永磁同步联轴器的工程应用和优化设计提供重要参考。
To address the unbalance problem of a magnetic suspension rotor system with a permanent magnet synchronous coupling(PMSC),this study investigates its dynamic characteristics and vibration response,providing theoretical support for the optimization and application of the coupling.A dynamic model of the magnetic suspension rotor system with a PMSC is established,and a coupling force model is developed based on magnetic field analysis.Numerical simulations are conducted to analyze the unbalanced response characteristics of the system,examine the effects of coupling angle difference and operating parameters on system vibrations,and explore the influence of control parameters on system vibration states.The results show that,compared with traditional mechanical couplings,PMSCs cause the rotor center trajectory to change from a circular to an elliptical shape,reduce vertical displacement amplitude,and increase horizontal displacement amplitude.Within a certain range,a smaller coupling angle difference helps reduce the system vibration amplitude,and appropriately selected control parameters can mitigate the adverse effects of the coupling on system vibration response.Selecting appropriate PMSC parameters and control strategies can effectively improve the vibration characteristics of the magnetic suspension rotor system.The findings provide important insights for the engineering application and optimization design of PMSCs.
