摘要
犊牛腹泻是影响犊牛健康与养殖效益的主要疾病之一,因其发病因素复杂,防治难度大,成为临床养殖中不可忽视的一种疾病。目前,犊牛腹泻的治疗主要依赖于抗生素的使用。这也导致临床治疗中面临抗菌药物选择有限、细菌耐药性的增加、药物残留风险以及对动物福利产生影响等问题。中兽医以“整体观念”和“辨证论治”为核心,在防治犊牛腹泻方面具有独特优势。综述犊牛腹泻的中兽医病因病机、辨证分型、中兽药防治原则与常用方药,并结合现代药理学研究阐释其作用机制,为中兽药在犊牛腹泻防控中的科学应用提供理论依据与实践参考。
Calves’diarrhea is one of the main diseases affecting the health and production efficiency of calves.Due to its complex causes and high difficulty in prevention and treatment,it has become an important disease that cannot be ignored in clinical animal husbandry.Currently,the treatment of calves′diarrhea mainly relies on the use of antibiotics.This also leads to limitations in clinical treatment due to the limited selection of antibacterial drugs,the increase in bacterial resistance,the risk of drug residues,and the impact on animal welfare.Traditional Chinese veterinary medicine,with the core concepts of“holistic thinking”and“dialectical treatment”,has unique advantages in preventing and treating calves’diarrhea.This article reviews the etiological and pathogenic mechanisms,diagnostic types,prevention and treatment principles,and commonly used prescriptions of calves’diarrhea in traditional Chinese veterinary medicine.It also explains their mechanisms of action based on modern pharmacological research,with the aim of providing theoretical basis and practical references for the scientific application of traditional Chinese veterinary medicine in the prevention and control of calves’diarrhea.
