摘要
交会穴处经脉循行交会具体形式的论述在历代针灸文献中均鲜有提及。日本学者清水完治曾初步提出足三阴经在三阴交穴并非循行于同一平面的观点,然相关医理论据欠缺。通过从以水文系统为代表的经络体系自然法相、传统中医学的生理组织结构观和三阴三阳病传规律3个方面系统拾掇依据,笔者认为足三阴经以立体结构的形式循行并交会于三阴交穴,其中足太阴经最浅、足少阴经次之、足厥阴经最深。在临床治疗时当根据所针对的病证合理选择三阴交穴的针刺深度,若是多经病证或当考虑多次得气。
Discussions on the specific convergence patterns of meridians at intersection points are rarely found in classical acupuncture literature.Japanese scholar Kanji Shimizu once preliminarily proposed that the three foot-yin meridians do not converge on the same anatomical plane at the Sanyinjiao(SP6);however,the theoretical basis for this view was insufficient.Drawing upon three perspectives,including the natural analogy of the meridian system represented by hydrological models,the structural perspective of physiological organization in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and the transmission patterns of diseases among the six meridians(three yin and three yang),the author proposes that the three foot-yin meridians intersect at Sanyinjiao(SP6)in a three-dimensional structure:the foot taiyin meridian is the most superficial,followed by foot shaoyin meridian,and foot jueyin meridian lies deepest.In clinical practice,the needling depth at Sanyinjiao(SP6)should be selected rationally based on the target syndrome or disease.For conditions involving multiple meridians,repeated stimulation to obtain deqi may be considered.
