摘要
在“八纵八横”高铁网络基本成型、交通强国战略持续推进的背景下,立足市场格局、旅客广义成本、网络结构、资本投入与运营效率,多维度分析高铁与民航的竞争态势;系统比较双方时效性、便捷性和票价稳定性、服务差异化、远程运输方面的相对竞争力。研究结果表明:“十五五”期间,民航业应通过数字化转型、服务流程优化、发展低空经济、强化国际航线布局与多式联运等策略,提升“门到门”出行效率和旅客综合体验;构建以高质量、可持续、智能化为核心的新型航空运输体系,进而实现与高铁的互补协同发展。
Under the backdrop of the essentially completed“eight-vertical,eight-horizontal”high-speed rail(HSR)network and the modernizing transportation strategy,a systematic analysis is conducted from multiple dimensions,including market structure,passengers’generalized travel cost,network topology,capital intensity and operational efficiency to compare the competitive dynamics between travel-time reliability,trip convenience and fare stability,alongside service differentiation,long-haul connectivity and international routes.The result shows that during the 15th Five-Year Plan period the civil aviaton industry will need to accelerate digital transformation,streamline service processes,cultivate the low-altitude economy,expand its international network and deepen multimodal integration.By raising door-to-door travel efficiency and the overall passenger experience,these measures will help build a new civil aviation system that is high-quality,sustainable and intelligent,enabling air and HSR services to complement rather than cannibalize each other.
