输电线路导线的台风竖向风荷载简化设计研究

摘要 作用于输电线路导线上的台风风荷载包括水平风荷载及由纵向风力与向上吸力所构成的竖向风荷载。竖向风荷载与导线的自重力方向相反。在现行输电线路导线的台风风荷载设计中,仅取台风的水平风速为最大风速计算水平风荷载,不考虑竖向风荷载的影响,存在设计漏洞。文章分析输电线路导线的台风风荷载,提出台风的竖向风荷载简化设计方法,并应用于绝缘子串的台风风偏摇摆角设计。该方法取竖向风荷载近似等于台风水平风荷载的10%~20%简化设计。220 kV线路的算例表明,考虑竖向风荷载的影响后,绝缘子串的风偏摇摆角增大了7%~15%,有可能从横向对杆塔、纵向对横担发生台风暴雨闪络。忽略竖向风荷载有可能是现有绝缘子串摇摆角不抗台风暴雨的原因。 Typhoon wind loads acting on transmission line wires include horizontal wind loads,vertical wind load composed of longitudinal wind force and upward suction force,and the vertical wind load is opposite to the direction of the self-gravity of the wire.However,in the current wind load design of transmission lines wire,only the horizontal wind speed of typhoon is taken as the maximum wind speed,and the influence of vertical wind load is not considered,and there are design loophole.This paper analyzes the typhoon wind load of transmission line wire,proposes a simplified design method of vertical wind load for typhoon,and applies it to the design of typhoon swing angle of insulator string of transmission line.The vertical wind load is approximately equal to 10%~20%of the horizontal wind load of typhoon.The calculation example of 220 kV line shows that considering the influence of vertical wind load,the wind swing angle of insulator string increases by 7%~15%,and typhoon rainstorm flashover may occur from transverse to tower and longitudinal to cross arm.Ignoring vertical wind load may be the reason that the swing angle of the existing insulator string is not typhoon rainstorm-resistant.
