摘要
高速卷烟生产线复杂的机械结构和高速运转特性导致故障频发,严重影响生产效率。通过建立故障传播机理模型,采用多传感器融合诊断技术和改进支持向量机算法,实现故障的准确识别。同时,设计基于剩余使用寿命(Remaining Useful Life,RUL)预测的控制算法和故障快速隔离控制策略,构建完整的故障诊断与控制系统。工业现场试验表明,采用上述技术方案,故障诊断准确率达到96.3%,设备综合效率(Overall Equipment Effectiveness,OEE)从82.4%提高至91.7%,年维护成本降低29.4%,年产量损失减少57.1%,投资回收期为14.2个月,为卷烟制造业智能化转型提供了有效技术支撑。
The complex mechanical structure and high-speed operation characteristics of high-speed cigarette production lines lead to frequent failures,which seriously affect production efficiency.By establishing a fault propagation mechanism model,using multi-sensor fusion diagnosis technology and improved support vector machine algorithm,the accurate identification of faults is achieved.A control algorithm based on Remaining Useful Life(RUL)prediction and a fault rapid isolation control strategy are designed,and a complete fault diagnosis and control system is constructed.Industrial field tests show that by adopting the above technical solution,the fault diagnosis accuracy rate reaches 96.3%,the Overall Equipment Effectiveness(OEE)increases from 82.4%to 91.7%,the annual maintenance cost is reduced by 29.4%,the annual output loss is reduced by 57.1%,and the investment payback period is 14.2 months,which provides effective technical support for the intelligent transformation of the cigarette manufacturing industry.
